Assembly was genuinely fun—the way the crust and sesame seeds click together is satisfying, and the end result looks like a real sesame ball on my desk. It’s a quirky conversation starter that took me about two evenings to finish.

The molded details on the sesame seeds are absurdly crisp for such a tiny kit, and snapping the two halves together took me maybe fifteen minutes. It sits on my desk looking exactly like the real thing, which still makes me grin every time I glance over.

The little sesame ball actually snaps together cleanly, and the 1/1 scale makes it look like a real snack sitting on my shelf. I was nervous about the injection plastic leaving visible seams, but they hide surprisingly well once it’s fully assembled.
